The Villas: These are two story townhouses ranging in size from 1,038 for a 2/2 to 1,680 for 3/2.5.

In 2009, 5 homes sold, from $519,000 to $875,000, 1 in the Villas and 4 in the Cottages.  In 2008, there were 15 sales, and in 2007, 17 sales.

Hale Alii Homes Now For Sale


Hale Alii, Hawaii Kai, Condos for Sale, Barbara Abe, RealtorHale Alii, the new condominium project under development for more than 10 years, is getting closer to breaking ground, possibly this year.  Read my blog post about the challenges they still have to solve.  There will be 2 and 3 bedroom homes, with an average size of 2127 SF.  Kitchens will feature Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Bosch appliances with granite counters and onyx backsplashes. Priced from $1.1M.

As of February 1, there are 2 active units on the market:  3/3 for $1,673,584 and 4/3 for $3,330,715.  2 are in escrow, 2/2 listed at $1,140,713 and 3/3 for $1,393,650.

There are ten condo complexes in Hawaii Kai, counting Hale Alii under construction, ranging from the luxurious Mt.
