During the month, there were 5 sales at or above $1,000,000. Several neighborhoods were represented in the million-dollar sales: Queen's Gate, Kamilo Nui, Triangle, Koko Villa, and Koko Kai, with the highest sale recorded for June at $2,100,000. The lowest sale was $500,00 in Kalama Valley.
