15 Craigside May be an Option for You
|
|
15 Craigside is a Senior Living Community now selling in Honolulu. The studios have already sold out, but 30 larger units are available, under the "lease for life" arrangement.
The "entrance" fee is around $329,000, and monthly service fee about $3,500 for singles. For couples, entrance fee will be $400,000, with a monthly service fee of $4,900 for couples. It is a pet-friendly building, has maid and linen service, and 24/7 medical care with a clinic on site. Nurses will come to one's room ($23/hour or $270/day in semi-private room).
Located in Nuuanu, the residence offers homes to those 62 years or older, and is close to shopping, restaurants, and on The Bus line.
If you have a home to sell, I can give you a free market analysis so you'll know what price you can expect to realize on a sale.
If you want to visit the sales center for 15 Craigside, call (808-226-2537) or email me first so you will have your own professional Realtor help you with the relocation. There are fewer than 30 units left, as of March 2011, so let me know if you have an interest.
