| Exiting Kamehame Ridge, turn right on Hawaii Kai Drive and continue until crossing Lunalilo Home Road. Mariners Cove is the first left, a beautiful complex of 416 houses, some of which are on the marina, and many with boat docks.
The average lot size is 7,500 sq ft and, as they were first built in the early 1970s, many of the homes have been remodeled. Sales were strong in 2007, with about 2:1 sales to listings. Prices ranged for 24 sales from $775,000 to $1,675,000. In 2008, 11 sales closed, from $600,000 to $1,869,000 – this last was a gated mini-estate with dock and highly upgraded. In 2009, 16 homes sold, from $728,000 to $1,005,000. The highest sale enjoys wide marina frontage.
