Kaiser High in Hawaii Kai Holds Fundraiser for our Troops
Kaiser High School's Class of 2012 leadership class is holding a donation drive for our trooops. In hopes of reaching their goal of making 150 care packages they are asking for the community's help, by donating items at one of the two community collection drives. The community collection is at:
Kaiser High School, Front Office
Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, May 3
9AM-Noon
Any and all item(s) will be welcomed. The freshman leadership class has found that some of the soldiers would really love to have: plastic containers, lip balm, gummy bears, shoe laces, appreciation letters, jerky, gum, batteries, playing cards, phone cards, and baby wipes.
The class spokesperson said, "Although our economy isn't in the best shape, even if you could just donate one item, we know the troops will greatly appreciate it."
