20 Condos sold last month, with a range of prices from a low of $360,000 for a 1 bedroom in the Mauna Luan, to $789,000 for a 2 bedroom penthouse home in the Commodore.
Days on market ranged from 1 in the Mauna Luan to 216 for Kuapa Isle.
Complexes with sales included: Colony at the Peninsula, Colony Marina, Commodore, Hawaii Kai Coop, Kalama Kuu, Kuapa Isle, Lalea, Mauna Luan, Mawaena Kai, Napua Point, and Peninsula at Hawaii Kai.
20 single family homes sold in July, ranging from $512,000 for a 3/2.5 home in West Marina to $2,100,000 for a 4/3 home with a view in Triangle.
Days on market varied from 1 in Queen's Gate to 274 in Mariners Cove.
